All items listed on our products page are downloadable guides (PDF or similar formats). No physical goods are shipped.
Delivery
After payment confirmation, files are sent to the email address you provide. Delivery typically occurs within two business days. If you do not receive a download link, contact us promptly.
Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- The file was not delivered to your email after we confirmed payment
- The file is corrupted and cannot be opened after you contacted support
- You were charged in error for a duplicate order
Because digital content can be copied once delivered, refunds are generally not available after successful download unless required by applicable law.
